Best airports for customer satisfaction in 2015

The table below from Airport World shows results from 2015 customer satisfaction surveys for those airports with a minimum of 2,000,000 passengers annually. As is evident, Michigan should be pleased that both of its airports which meet the minimum passenger criteria are ranked in the top three in their respective categories. This blogger is also pleased to see his hometown airport in Indianapolis ranked first in North  America. 

Of the 11 airports listed for North America, I have been fortunate to have flown through seven of them and have to concur with the findings, other than I am surprised Denver did not make the list too. Of these, Sacramento ranks as my personal favorite.
