World’s largest “town” suffix cities

Below is a list of the largest cities in the world that incorporate “town” as a suffix in their name. Since more than half (28) of these cities are suburbs of larger cities, the rankings are based on the core “town” city population. A minimum population of 10,000 was necessary to be included on the list.

Georgetown is the most common “town” suffix name on the list with six, followed by Middletown with five, Watertown and Kingstown with four, and both Germantown with three.
